How to keep your healthy teeth

Do you have confidence about your teeth?
I'll suggest you four ways to keep your teeth healthy and bright.
First, you should brush teeth. How many?! Maybe, you could do brush in the morning, before sleeping, after eating something. That's right! You should brush three time or four time.
Second, you have to go to the dental clinic every 6 month. You need a regular checkup.
In addition, you don't drink soda like coke, coffee, and chocolet. If you really want to eat them, you should brush after eating.
Finally, you could massage your gum. This is strange. But my dentist doctor told me that you must keep your gum healthy because your teeth's toot is in gum.
